accelent has been working for the wholesaler for Austria’s tobacconists for a long time. The Covid pandemic was a new challenge – also for the team. Within 24 hours accelent created a simple information medium and took over the editorial work for a few months. Serious information about the virus and the company’s steps were particularly important at the beginning, as was a dash of humour for a lasting good mood in times of uncertainty. In doing so, the company also got through the first weeks of the pandemic well in terms of communication.
